Scholarship Background

The MIT Fil-Chi Alumni Association is one of the accredited Alumni Associations under National Association of Mapúa Alumni (NAMA) .

Scholarship Benefits

-Scholars will receive a tuition fee assistance of Php20, 000 per year

Scholarship Qualifications

-Must be currently enrolled 1st -5th Year Engineering and Sciences, Architecture and Design, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Multimedia Arts and Science student;
-Must be of good moral character;
-Must have a GWA standing of 2.65 for the last two terms;
-Must have no failing and incomplete grades for the last two terms;

Scholarship Requirements

-Completed Scholarship Application From (Downloadable at MIT website)
-Two 2×2 ID pictures
-Photocopy of Certificate of Matriculation (CM)
-Photocopy of Final Grade Report since 1st Year
-Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return of Parents or Affidavit of Not Filing Income Tax Return
-Certificate of Good Moral from Office of the Prefect and Discipline
-Proof of billing (electric, water, etc.)
-Brief essay stating the reasons why the applicant needs financial assistance.

Responsibilities of Scholars
-The scholar must have a GWA of 2.50 or higher every quarterm
-The scholar must not have a grade lower than 3.0 in any course/subject
-Must finish the program within the prescribed numbers of quarters
-The scholar must provide and update his/her personal contact information
-Must visit the CSFA Office before enrollment for validation
