The Noel Relucio Scholarship Grant was established in 2002. The donor for this grant is Mr. Noel Relucio.

Scholarship Benefits

US $500 or its equivalent in pesos per semester

Benefits remitted every semester.

Funds with UP Foundation

Scholarship Qualifications

must be a bona fide Engineering student of the University of the Philippines;
must be at least in his/her sophomore year;
must have obtained an average “2.5” or better and must have carried at least 15 units with no grade of “5.00” or unremoved grade of “4.00” or “inc.” in the semester immediately preceding the application;
must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant;
financially needy (parents’ annual gross income must not exceed P 200,000);
must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension.
